12th Annual Restaurant Week Toledo Returns February 28

Restaurant Week Toledo (RWT), presented by Libbey, returns February 28 – March 6, 2022 to celebrate Toledo’s richly diverse culinary scene. Restaurant Week Toledo encourages restaurant-goers to enjoy prix-fixe and unique menu items at some of the Glass City’s best locally-owned restaurants. A portion of the proceeds from every meal sold throughout the week benefits Leadership Toledo’s high-impact youth programs.

This event a great opportunity for community members to support local businesses who work so hard to make Toledo's culinary scene vibrant. At the same time, you are supporting Leadership Toledo's work to inspire community involvement and develop the leadership skills in our region’s high school students, which is incredibly important in today's world.”            

 

 Nimi Shah, an alumna of Youth Leadership Toledo and graduate of Notre Dame Academy says, “I truly appreciate the value of compassion through service that I gained through Leadership Toledo, and I will carry this mindset throughout my future career aspirations."

 

Participating restaurants include: The Adams Street Café, Balance Pan-Asian Grille, Basil Pizza and Wine Bar, The Blarney Irish Pub, BREW Coffee Bar, The Brick Bar, Charlie’s Home Made Ice Cream & Burgers, The Chop House, Ciao!, Deet's BBQ, Fowl & Fodder Downtown, Hannon’s Block, Home Slice Pizza, Inside the Five Brewing Company, Jera’s Heavenly Sweet, The Leaf and Seed, Local Roots Juice Company, Maddie & Bella Coffee Roasters, Mancy's Steakhouse, Mancys Ideal, Manhattan's Pub 'n Cheer, Nagoya Japanese Steakhouse & Sushi, Poco Piatti, Rayoka Japanese Steakhouse and Sushi, Real Seafood Company, Registry Bistro, Rosie’s Italian Grille, Shorty's True American Roadhouse, Sidon Lebanese Grille & Bakery, Sip Coffee, Souk, Stella's Restaurant and Bar, The Whitehouse Inn, Ye Olde Durty Bird, and Zia’s.

Plan ahead: Restaurant offerings can be sorted by location, meal type, and who offers takeout options on restaurantweektoledo.com. Reservations are encouraged where possible. Special menus will be published February 21.

New this year, Restaurant Week Toledo is offering a mobile passport, courtesy of Destination Toledo. By signing up for the passport at restaurantweektoledo.com/passport, diners can view participating restaurants, their operating hours and locations, and menus. An interactive map feature allows restaurant enthusiasts to find participating locations nearby or plot where they want to go next. During Restaurant Week Toledo, passport holders can check in to each restaurant location they visit for the opportunity to win restaurant gift cards and prizes.

Before Restaurant Week Toledo officially begins, a limited number of food aficionados will enjoy exclusive previews of special menu offerings during Restaurant Week Toledo’s Kickoff Party. 17 local restaurants, breweries and wineries will serve up unique tastes to a sold-out crowd Thursday, February 24 at The Secor Building in downtown Toledo.

Leadership Toledo exists to cultivate a community of leaders dedicated to serving with authenticity and purpose. Through a broad spectrum of programming for adults and high school students, Leadership Toledo offers individuals the opportunity to become more confident leaders, connect with the community on a deeper level, grow stronger in self-awareness, and serve in ways that are meaningful to the participant and their community.
